Shine , one of Saudi Arabia’s most prominent events and experience staffing companies, has been named “Best Staffing Agency” at the Saudi Event Awards 2025 in Riyadh. The recognition marks yet another milestone for the young and dynamic company, celebrating its outstanding contributions to the Kingdom’s growing events, hospitality and entertainment sector.
Selected from a strong field of regional contenders, this is Shines second accolade in this category after winning best staffing agency at the Middle East Event Awards in 2024 , showcasing its leadership in delivering seamless staffing solutions across some of the Kingdom’s most high-profile events. This year alone, Shine has successfully supported The Islamic Arts Biennale, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, the Saudi Cup, Formula E, and the ATP Tennis Championship; cementing its reputation as the go-to partner for world-class experiences.
Since its founding in 2020, Shine has grown rapidly by blending innovation in recruitment with a deep commitment to nurturing local talent. The company’s approach goes beyond staffing; it is creating a community of skilled professionals equipped to elevate the standards of service in the region, covering both hospitality, protocol and operational roles.
“For the past five years, we have dedicated ourselves to building a sustainable and diverse talent community across Saudi Arabia,” said Saeed Al Hashil, CEO of Shine . “This year marked a milestone as we delivered two concerts in AlUla, powered entirely by local talent managing the guest experience. It is a proud example of how upskilling contributes not only to professional growth but also to reinvesting income back into the region; an ambition that lies at the heart of Vision 2030. Winning this award is a recognition of our people, our partners, and the leadership that continues to make Saudi Arabia a global hub for extraordinary events.”
Shine’s success lies in its innovative talent engagement strategies, offering opportunities for growth and advancement through extensive training programs. The company is also expanding its footprint beyond events & hospitality with the launch of Melas, a new F&B staffing and recruitment division. Born from the same passion and attention to detail as Shine, Melas aspires to connect a community of local chefs, waiters, baristas, and culinary specialists with the Kingdom’s thriving food and beverage industry.
“This accolade is more than an award; it is a celebration of the extraordinary potential within Saudi Arabia,” added Al Hashil. “It inspires us to keep setting new benchmarks, driving innovation, and investing in local talent as the Kingdom’s event and hospitality landscape continues to grow.”
The Saudi Event Awards are dedicated to recognizing excellence in the Kingdom’s fast-growing events industry, spotlighting the agencies and professionals who push creative and operational boundaries to deliver extraordinary experiences. Shine’s win underscores not only the company’s growth trajectory but also its pivotal role in shaping the future of event staffing in Saudi Arabia.
